I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. They was like family. The Club Grand Room on the 8th floor was prepared perfectly. I loved having access to the Club Lounge. The hotel grounds were extensive, offering areas to suit everyone (a true urban oasis!).
The wifi was spotty at times, it could be improved for seamless connectivity.

I enjoyed the attentive and polite staff throughout the hotel. Every staff member, including those at the club lounge, restaurants, gym, lobby, and parking lot provided excellent services. I commend the security guard team for their kind assistance when my car broke down AFTER checkout. The staff even allowed me to shower in the gym to refresh MYSELF.
The hotel room was a little tired with very thin walls. I could hear my next-door neighbor every night. This made it difficult to sleep SOMETIMES.
